About this product
Resin-bonded filter cartridges are designed for demanding filtration applications involving elevated temperatures, aggressive solvents, and challenging operating conditions. Their excellent chemical resistance and robust construction allow them to withstand differential pressures of up to 4.7 bar, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial processes.
The rigid filter structure is capable of retaining both solid contaminants and deformable particles, such as gels, that may be difficult to remove using conventional depth filtration media.
Resin-bonded filter cartridges feature a graded density structure, in which larger particles are captured near the outer surface of the cartridge while finer particles are retained progressively deeper within the media. This design maximises dirt-holding capacity, reduces pressure drop build-up, and extends service life.
The filter media is manufactured from fibres impregnated with phenolic resin, creating a rigid, self-supporting structure that eliminates the need for a central core. This construction maintains filtration performance and prevents deformation under high or fluctuating operating pressures
Product information
