Suitable for a wide range of liquids

High flow filter housings are suitable for a wide variety of liquids, including water, process fluids, cooling water, rinse water, chemicals, oils, fuels, and food or pharmaceutical products.

Selecting the appropriate housing material and seal configuration ensures optimum chemical compatibility, reliable operation, and a long service life tailored to the specific process fluid and operating conditions.

Materials, Pressure ratings, and Temperature ranges

High flow filter housings are available in stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316L, with alternative materials available for specific process requirements or aggressive media.

Standard stainless steel housings are suitable for operating pressures up to approximately 10 bar and temperatures up to 150°C, depending on the housing design and sealing materials used.

For demanding applications involving elevated pressures, temperatures, or specialised design requirements, custom-engineered housing solutions are also available. Our filtration specialists will be pleased to advise on the most suitable configuration for your process.

Connections, Closures, Venting, and Drains

High flow filter housings are available with a wide range of connection options, including threaded and flanged connections in various sizes and configurations. Customer-specific connection designs are also available to suit individual process requirements.

Depending on the housing design, units can be equipped with either quick-opening clamp closures or bolted closures to facilitate safe and efficient maintenance and rapid filter cartridge replacement.

To support safe and effective operation, high flow filter housings can also be fitted with vent and drain connections. These features simplify filling, venting, draining, cleaning, and maintenance procedures while helping to improve process safety and operational efficiency.

Compliance with laws and regulations

All high flow filter housings are manufactured in accordance with applicable legislation, standards, and industry requirements, including the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) where applicable, as well as relevant hygiene and certification standards.

This ensures that your filtration system meets the required safety, quality, and regulatory requirements for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
