High Flow Filter Cartridges
High Flow filter cartridges are specifically designed for applications requiring the filtration of large fluid volumes with minimal pressure drop across the filter element. Their larger diameter and increased filtration surface area enable significantly higher flow rates compared with conventional filter cartridges, while maintaining efficient contaminant removal.

About this product
Techno Filter High Flow filter cartridges are designed to process large fluid volumes, with a single 40″ element capable of handling flow rates of up to 80 m³/h, depending on the application and fluid characteristics.
Compared with conventional filter cartridges, High Flow cartridges significantly reduce the number of elements required per installation. This not only lowers the frequency and duration of filter change-outs, but also reduces maintenance costs, downtime, and overall operating expenses.
Because fewer cartridges are required, waste generation is also reduced, helping to lower both disposal costs and environmental impact.
A further advantage of High Flow filter cartridges is their inside-to-outside flow configuration. This design retains contaminants within the cartridge during removal, helping to minimise operator exposure and reducing the risk of captured debris falling back into the filter housing, even when a filter cake has formed on the media surface.
The maximum temperature of High Flow filter cartridges:
- up to 80°C
Recommended maximum differential pressure (ΔP):
- 1.5 bar ΔP
High Flow filter cartridges are available in the following length sizes:
- 20 inch to 60 inch
The selectivity, or micron rating, is in the range:
- 0.45 µm to 100 µm
The outer diameter of a standard High Flow filter cartridge is 15.2 cm (6 inch).
